The Education2EmploymentProgramme targets secondary school pupils and primary school pupils aged 11-18 living in an urban Neighbourhood Renewal Area with a population of 10,000 people.

The Education2Employment Programme has four distinctive though interlinked elements:

– Class study visits, to schools by experts and from schools to various workplace settings (i.e. employments/entrepreneurship tasters).
– Work Placements
– ” If I can do it, so can you!” Champion sessions in workplace settings as well as in schools. Champions are people who overcame adversity in their lives.
– Careers guidance events at schools.

Through the Education2Employment Programme we provide 11 – 18 year old’s with life mapping guidance, mentoring on skills optimisation and strategies to overcome adversity. We give them direct exposure to the world of work and running a business.
