GLUE is a peace and reconciliation initiative which focuses on the relationship between law enforcement bodies and different national, cultural and faith identity communities.

The project is seeking to build a new model of 21st century community consensus against a backdrop of apparently growing estrangement between communities of different faith and political traditions.

In 2018, two area-based ‘Good Relations Circles’ were established with four more envisioned over a three year period.

Each GRC explores and reflects on the following themes before drawing up its changed agenda:

– Understanding Conflict
– Curiosity
– The Creative Mindset
– Understanding Risk
-Positive Action
– Implementation & Sustainability
